Private Yoga Instruction

 

This practice is themed towards self care and compassion. It is designed for students with a variety of needs who are looking for a safe place to experience the multiple benefits of yoga through seated, supine, and fluid movements.Whether you are yoga-shy because of inexperience, injury, age, or exhaustion, or a seasoned practitioner, the therapeutic and gentle movements and use of accessories (props) will offer comfort and ease, as well as gentle strengthening, for your well-used and well-loved body

Two hours of private yoga instruction for your group of one, two, or three people may be just what you need to feel cared for and comfortable.


Public Yoga Classes

8:45 - 10:00 am Sunday Morning (Class will begin in Late November)

This slow paced class includes an equal blend of warm-ups, postures, breath technique, meditation, and deep relaxation.

NEW YEAR INTENTION SETTING - JANUARY 1, 2023

Noon - 2:00 pm

Yoga Refuge - Portland, OR

Begin your New Year in a mindful and slow-paced class. This class will combine restorative postures, gentle movements and various breath techniques intended to calm the Spirit, Mind & Body. We will follow this physical practice with guided meditation, deep relaxation and journalled intention setting for the New Year.
